Hesketh is true British heritage brand. Originally linked to Hesketh Racing, the Formula 1 team set up by Lord Hesketh which included James Hunt as one of its drivers. In 1980 Lord Hesketh formed Hesketh Motorcycles to revamp the British motorcycle industry.
The HESKETH mark was acquired by its current owners in 2014. Their first bike was the “Hesketh 24” – using James Hunt’s old racing number – followed by the Hesketh Sonnet. Both contemporary models are high-end, hand-built, prestige British motorcycles that combine the best of modern technology and the style and panache of the old.
The HESKETH mark available for acquisition is for a wider specification than motorcycles, and includes “motor vehicles, automobiles, tricycles, motorcycles, scooters and other powered vehicles”, as well as a range of other goods and services.
Hesketh is one of the UK’s most prestigious brands. It has a global following – and not just for F1 or motorcycle, but merchandise too, which has always been a great market. As with the rest of the Hesketh history, all areas have been of the highest quality – people expect that of this brand.
The HESKETH trademark was acquired on 4 November 2021 by Southmead Ltd and is completely unencumbered without dispute. All updates have been completed by Warren Baron Redfern.
www.heskethmotorcycles.co.uk and the Hesketh Facebook page with 26,000 followers are included in the sale.
This sale is for the brand only, no motorcycle design rights are offered or implied, no tooling or fixtures and fitting are included.
